Just weeks after the Lagos State Government banned petroleum tankers from plying Apapa-Oshodi expressway, the tankers have returned and now park on the highway as well as walk ways which they have started damaging. An LL reader who wrote in says he took his time to take the pictures you are about to see at Berger cement bus stop, Apapa and 2nd Rainbow bus stop Mile 2. According to him, the parking of the tankers have also made some Lagosisans turn the surroundings into their waste place. He says the place now stinks and robbery has also come back especially at night. The usual traffic is also back, he says. He also took his time out to take some photos at night. One of them is the one you see by the right above. See more terrifying standstill traffic photos after the cut.
