I had the rare opportunity to visit the National Arts Theater to check on upcoming plays that would capture my interest and I saw this massive, huge Drum sitting in the center of the lawn. The drum was so big, I had to ask what it was about and no one seemed to know much about this giant of a drum. 

Seeing that no one has information about it or are just being cagey with info, I decided to put this up and ask; Does anyone have any idea what this Drum is here for?
